"Time was that you had an accident and called your agent and they took care of it. They had to get the report from the police and call the other agent involved. Apparently those days are over. Now, you need to call the claims office to get anything done. Apparently, the main thing the agent does is collect your high rates....I see no other reason for him being around. As far as that goes, he isn't even around after office hours and needs a 4 day weekend for the holiday."

"The way my home claim was......or how it's not being handled is completely unacceptable. I can't get an adjustor to call me back. It's been impossible to get any kind of time frame for something as simple as a return phone call. Everyone tells me they understand my frustration but no one can seems to give me any kind of resolution. Then, out of frustration, I left a 1 star review. Can't get a phone call back about my claim on my home that had water leaking through my ceiling but I got a call back in 3 hours after my 1 star review with no comment. Aaron himself called and argued with me over the phone for 10 minutes about how I was being unfair. He continued to argue with me after I told him I was at work. Then, I called last week to cancel my auto insurance and had to just call again because I was told it was taken care of but was in fact not taken care of."
